Having worked happily for twenty years in the theatre and events industry I decided it was time for a change.  I have been in therapy myself in the past, for issues that were making my life difficult.  After trying some talk therapy that helped me articulate my feelings better, but not, if I'm honest, really make change in a lasting way, I went to see a Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapist and IEMT practitioner.

It, perhaps, took me more sessions than most... but, working at a pace I was comfortable with, we made a real and long lasting change in my life.

I've always been interested in working with people, and in psychology and therapy. The way different people think and experience life has always been fascinating to me.  After my own experiences, when it came to training, working with the Quest Institute in London was a no brainer!  I was lucky enough to train with the founder of Quest Cognitive Hypnotherpy, Trevor Silvester, and I'm excited to be able to use his work to help others.

I am a member of QCHPA and NCH and bound by their code of ethics.
